Organized by Billiard Sports Council of Hong Kong China (HKBSCC) and subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD), Hong Kong Under-21 Snooker Open Championship 2023 – Event 3 will be held at Legend Snooker Club(Shatin) between 19 November and 10 December 2023.
