Scheme to Support Billiard Tournaments Held by Other Organisations

To encourage our community to promote billiard sports, HKBSCC now launches a scheme to support tournaments organised by other organisations or entities. If any organisers are minded to organize billiards tournament and make it a tournament officially supported by HKBSCC, please refer to the details in this application document.
